RJ Harris Moving Closer to a 2010 Victory.

A recent poll conducted by Persistence Consulting LLC puts seven-year incumbent Tom Cole at 45%, challenger RJ Harris at 33% with 22% undecided. Previous polls have placed RJ Harris between 25% and 31%, and Tom Cole between 42% and 60%.
