Apology For Killing Of Nine Afghan Boys,
KABUL, Afghanistan — Afghanistan's president on Sunday rejected a U.S. apology for the mistaken killing of nine Afghan boys in a NATO air attack and said civilian casualties are no longer acceptable. According to a statement from his office, Hamid Karzai told Gen. David Petraeus, the top commander of coalition forces in Afghanistan, that expressing regret was not sufficient in last week's killing of the boys, ages 12 and under, by coalition helicopters.Link
Libyan no-fly zone.
Not everyone thinks that bombing Libyan targets in the process of creating a no-fly zone would amount to an attack on the country. Senate Foreign Relations Committee chairman John Kerry (D-MA) Sunday disagreed with the Obama administration's view that bombing military targets to set up a no-fly zone would mean "military intervention."Link

Unemployment rate dips to 8.9%.
The U.S. unemployment rate dipped to 8.9% in March, the lowest mark in nearly two years, according to the latest report from the Labor Department on Friday.Link
